The control room
450 sq ft, built by the "live end/dead end" model, complete with double soundproof doors and a floating floor. 36 channels of simultaneous recording from the two recording rooms allows for great flexibility, and the control room's acoustics gives an honest listening experience both when recording and mixing.
The big floor size also allows space for many people without being crowded, and there are lots of room to place guitar amps, keyboards and other equipment.
